To help make yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of their finances, I am offering a FREE once a month virtual yoga class. 

Classes will be 40 minutes in length consisting of:

20 minutes of movement, breath-work and meditation

20 minutes of open community discussion

You are encouraged to participate at your own unique level, and engage to your own comfort. Participation for the full duration of class is not required. Donations are appreciated but never required. All are welcome worldwide!

First Saturday of Every Month @ 1PM (EST Toronto/Canada).
