These individualized sessions are tailored to your unique circumstances and needs. I empower you to work towards your goals at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Rather than attempting to diagnose or treat medical conditions, I use the evidence-based tools and techniques of yoga to cultivate integration of the body, mind, and spirit. Practices blend adaptive, therapeutic yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation to help facilitate the healthiest you possible.

30 - 60 minute private sessions 

Private groups 

This extremely modified movement class focuses on finding more ease, and creating a balanced energy flow while supine.

What to expect in this 30 minute class:

5-10 min. Breathing Exercises & Grounding

10-15 min. Gentle Movement with Breath

10 min. Guided Relaxation Meditation

Stay after class for a free additional 30-min community chat for an opportunity to engage in a positive, supportive community with others who “get it.”

Nourish Yoga is about finding attainable ways to move your body and calm your mind, and not go into post-exertional malaise (PEM). You are the one in control and there are a multitude of benefits in participating from bed and visualizing movements as you guide your breath.

Participants report feeling: deeply relaxed and at ease, increased energy, decreased chronic pain, improved sleep and sense of well-being.
