Online Live Therapeutic Yoga Classes
Come join me from the comfort of your own home and participate in live yoga classes via Zoom. This yoga is designed to increase circulation, improve range of motion, decrease pain, and nourish well-being. Each class includes gentle movements, relaxation with breathing exercises, and concludes with a restorative guided meditation.
As an added bonus, there is an option to stay at the end of class for a free additional 15-30 min Satsanga (community chat). This will give the opportunity to ask any questions and engage in a positive, supportive community with others who “get it.”
Classes are every Wednesday @ 1PM Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada - New York, USA) All are welcome worldwide!
